Job description

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 5+ years\' relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, including AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949, and IPC Class II/III standards.

Experience with quality control processes, formal PPAP submissions, and AS9100 FAIR protocols.

Proficiency in conducting internal and external audits and implementing improvement initiatives.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is preferred.

Prior experience in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards or relevant industries is a plus.
