Anduril Industries in Reston, Virginia, seeks a Senior PCB Layout Designer to lead full cycle PCB design, from requirement gathering to bring-up and integration with the system. You will work with engineers to produce reliable, manufacturable boards using Altium and HDI techniques.

Required are 8–10+ years of PCB experience, active U.S. Secret clearance, IPC CID/CID+ expertise, and strong communication with fabs. The role is on-site in Reston with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years PCB Layout design experience.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to read schematics and apply IPC CID/CID+ standards.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and library management.

Responsibilities

• Produce PCB designs for Anduril products in collaboration with engineers.
• Apply design for manufacturing and assembly guidelines for reliable parts.
• Handle high-speed digital, analog, RF and high-power layouts.
• Develop and refine design libraries and standards.
• Coordinate external PCB design resources during surges.
• Communicate clearly with fabs to ensure boards print correctly.
