Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional PCB design experience.
• Ability to read schematics and apply best practices.
• Expertise in IPC standards and CID/CID+ certification.
• Experience with Altium Designer; Allegro is a plus.
• Experience with library creation and management.
• Excellent communication with fab houses and assembly houses.
• Experience with high-density boards (>16 layers) and RF/HDI.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (USB, PCIe, Ethernet, SERDES, DDR).
• Eligible for U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design PCBs and specify prints.
• Apply design standards for high-reliability, manufacturable assemblies.
• Implement high-speed digital, analog, RF, and power designs.
• Develop PCB design processes, libraries, and standards.
• Coordinate external PCB design resources during surges.
• Manage multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment.
