Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Staff PCB Designer to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative team. You will work closely with avionics, system, and software engineers to create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes.

You will take a leading role on complex, multi-board layouts, defining constraints, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring manufacturability and reliability across high-density designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PCB layout experience.
• 5+ years with Altium and ECAD libraries ownership.
• Ability to read schematics and validate layouts for manufacturability.
• Deep knowledge of fabrication, stackups, IPC compliance and design rules.
• Experience with high-density, high-speed layouts and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with avionics, system, and software engineers to design test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation.
• Lead layout on complex, multi-board programs and define layout constraints.
• Mentor less experienced designers and conduct design reviews.
• Manage layout scope, schedule, and risk across concurrent programs.
• Ensure compliance with IPC and fabrication standards and support DFM/DFA with vendors.
