Job summary

Anduril Industries in Reston, VA is seeking a Senior PCB Layout Designer to own full cycle PCB design, including requirements gathering, schematic design, layout, bring-up, test, debug and integration with the system.

You will work with engineers to produce high-reliability boards, apply IPC standards and HF designs, and coordinate external PCB design resources while thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering or similar; 8–10+ years in PCB Layout.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Proficient reading of schematics; apply best practices per design.
• Experience with IPC standards, CID/CID+.
• Expertise in PCB fabrication processes and design rules.

Responsibilities

• Produce PCB designs supporting Anduril products in collaboration with engineers.
• Apply design standards for high-reliability, manufacturable assemblies.
• Implement high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs.
• Help establish DFM/DFA guidelines and quality outputs.
• Coordinate external PCB design resources during surges.
• Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
