Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer in Costa Mesa, CA to work with engineers on high-reliability board designs. You will implement high-speed digital, RF, and power layouts while maintaining IPC CID/CID+ compliance and strong library management.

The role demands clear communication with fab and assembly partners. You will contribute to multi-project workflows, ensuring boards meet print specs and manufacturability requirements, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional PCB design experience.
• Ability to read schematics and apply design best practices.
• Expertise with IPC CID/CID+ standards and related guidelines.
• Experience with PCB fabrication processes and design rules.
• Experience with high density interconnect (HDI) designs and thicker boards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to produce PCB designs for products.
• Apply design standards to ensure high reliability and manufacturability.
• Develop and refine library/database standards for parts.
• Interface with fabs and assembly houses to ensure print accuracy.
• Juggle multiple projects and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.
