Qualifications

• 10-14 years of PCB CAD design and layout experience for high-performance hardware.
• Advanced proficiency in PCB layout and routing using Cadence Allegro.
• Experience with HDI technologies including blind vias and microvia processes.
• Designs for high-density server and data center hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PCB layout execution for complex, high-density server hardware designs.
• Perform high-speed digital PCB layout for interfaces such as DDR5/LPDDR5, USB 3.2 and higher-speed interfaces.
• Ensure adherence to impedance, signal integrity, length matching, via optimization, and crosstalk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineers on layout-driven recommendations for component placement and PDN optimization.
• Lead DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews with fabricators and contract manufacturers.
