Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to deliver expert-level support for Altium Designer, Altium 365, and Enterprise Server technologies within customer ecosystems. You will analyze complex issues, collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of electronic design software, verification and automation.
• 6+ years in electronic design software, enterprise engineering platforms, or related technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a defined customer base and accounts.
• Escalation resource and document findings for broader teams.
• Support customer base via FAQs, Knowledge Base, Online Help, and Community Forum.
• Document all issues, case activities, and escalations per processes.
• Drive root cause analysis for high-impact escalations and coordinate with R&D and Product Management.
