Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a skilled High-Level PCB Assembler in Mount Pleasant, PA, to build, modify, and repair complex PCB assemblies to high-quality standards. The role requires strong rework and soldering expertise and a focus on precision in a high-volume environment.

You will read blueprints and schematics, perform SMT and THT assembly, and support wave solder and selective solder processes while mentoring junior team members and upholding strict quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years PCB assembly experience including rework.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and docs.
• Experience with SMT and THT rework and soldering equipment.
• Knowledge of SN63, SN96, and HMP solders.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCB through-hole and surface mount per docs.
• Perform rework/repair incl. trace cuts and jumpers.
• Hand-solder SMT and THT to IPC‑A‑610 Class 3 standards.
• Wire and solder prototypes and complex assemblies.
• Operate equipment like aqueous cleaners and placement tools.
• Assist with wave/selective solder processes.
• Assemble chassis and electromechanical parts.
• Suggest improvements to quality/documentation.
• Support PCB Assembler I & II team members.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
