The role involves maintaining proposal content, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of proposal processes and content management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or related business field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years proposal writing experience in healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience writing proposals including RFPs, RFIs, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary proposal writer and project manager for assigned proposals.
• Coordinate, write, edit, proofread, and tailor responses to client requirements and sales strategy.
• Design, format, and package professional proposal documents and visuals.
