Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Senior Analyst to drive financial analysis and underwriting for PBM pricing strategies and enterprise pricing initiatives. You will support leadership with data-driven recommendations and tools to optimize margins across Caremark and Enterprise clients.

You will develop pricing for multiple lines of business, analyze market trends, and work with Caremark and Aetna partners to deliver accurate, timely pricing solutions while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role.
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, actuarial science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on in-depth competitive analysis.
Assist underwriting leadership to develop pricing for downstream pricing with segment-specific data.
Complete tasks in Caremark Underwriting models and modify FAFs as needed.
Provide ad hoc analyses and support for internal and client requests.
Maintain relationships with Sales, Account Management, Caremark and Aetna partners to support margin budgeting.
