Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and pricing for PBM and enterprise pricing strategies. You will support underwriting leadership, develop pricing for multiple business lines, and drive data‑driven recommendations to optimize profitability.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of PBM economics, and the ability to communicate methodologies and outcomes. 40 hours weekly with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role, or comparable industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, actuarial science or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and maximize client value while retaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on competitive analysis.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support internal and client requests.
• Advise on pricing strategies and contract terms with Caremark and Aetna teams.
