• Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

• Ensure contract negotiation intent is accurately reflected in final documents.
• Work with CVS Trade team on Rebates, Confidentiality, and Settlement Agreements.
• Generate, redline, track and prepare contracts for signature per approval process.
