The Senior Contract Analyst will work primarily with the CVS Trade team and mid and large sized pharmaceutical manufacturers on contracts for Rebates Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Settlement Agreements. This includes contract generation, red lining, tracking and preparation of contractual documents for signature as part of finalizing CVS Caremark negotiated Rebate agreements. These contracts must accurately reflect CVS Caremark’s current business strategies and must have approval from all respective business units, in accordance with the Contract Review and Approval Process SOP and all current regulatory requirements. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
