Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to ensure the contract negotiation intent is accurately reflected in final documents. You will work with the CVS Trade team and manufacturers on Rebates Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Settlement Agreements, handling generation, redlining, tracking and preparation for signature.

The role requires detail orientation, integrity and ability to collaborate across departments; a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of contract experience are typical

Qualifications

• 5 years of contract experience with knowledge of PBM operations.
• Experience in redlining documents.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the contract negotiation intent is accurately reflected in final documents.
• Generate contracts, track, and prepare for signature in CVS Caremark negotiated rebates, confidentiality, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
