Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll tax experience with focus on notice resolution, amended return preparation, and payroll error correction across multiple states.
• Experience reading and resolving IRS/state notices and determining resolutions.
• Experience preparing amended Federal and State payroll tax returns across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts and ensure accurate payroll outputs and filings.
• Independently research and resolve complex state and federal notices from intake to closure.
• Prepare agency responses with complete documentation before deadlines.
