Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll Tax
• CPP Certification preferred
• Spanish speaking and reading skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of onshore and offshore resources within area of responsibility
• Contribute to the overall delivery of payroll processes
• Ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded
• Research and respond to client vendor escalations
• Drive process change and continuous improvement
• Understand local payroll practices, regulations and reporting requirements
• Maintain knowledge of client HR policies, SOPs and business practices
• Train team members on new or enhanced operation procedures and policies
• Contribute to operational reporting as required
• Execute testing of tools and processes
• Perform tasks outside of primary job responsibility as required
• Provide timely progress updates and resolution to escalations
• Support Puerto Rico HR Services with benefits administration
