Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Payroll Tax Senior Analyst in the United States to manage day-to-day payroll operations and drive improvements across onshore and offshore teams. The role requires deep knowledge of payroll regulations and client HR policies and includes training team members and producing operational reports.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Payroll Tax, familiarity with Workday, and CPP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll Tax.
• Workday Systems experience preferred.
• CPP Certification preferred.
• Spanish speaking and reading skills preferred.
• Experience handling a large multi-state payroll including garnishments, banking and GL reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of onshore and offshore resources within area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the overall delivery of payroll processes and meet or exceed SLAs.
• Respond to client/vendor escalations promptly and accurately.
• Drive process change and continuous improvement.
• Understand local payroll practices, regulations and reporting requirements.
