Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll Tax.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and client/vendor escalations.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• CPP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of onshore and offshore resources within area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the overall delivery of payroll processes and ensure SLAs are met.
• Research and respond to client vendor escalations.
• Drive process change and continuous improvement.
• Provide training to team members on new procedures.
