Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Payroll Tax Senior Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. You will act as a subject matter expert, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement across payroll operations. You will train team members and contribute to operational reporting.

Qualified candidates include those with CPP certification, and experience with Workday, Oracle payroll, garnishments, and multi-state payroll administration. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll Tax.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing including garnishments and taxes.
• CPP Certification preferred.
• Spanish speaking and reading skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payroll operations for onshore/offshore resources.
• Ensure service levels are met or exceeded for payroll deliverables.
• Respond to client/vendor escalations and drive process improvements.
• Understand local payroll practices and reporting requirements.
