Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a Payroll Tax Senior Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across onshore and offshore teams. The role acts as a SME and escalation point, driving improvements and sharing knowledge with colleagues to optimize operations.

The successful candidate will manage client/vendor escalations, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain familiarity with payroll regulations and HR policies. CPP certification and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Payroll Tax.
• Workday experience is preferred.
• CPP Certification is a plus.
• Spanish speaking and reading skills are a plus.
• Experience processing large multi-state payrolls including garnishments, banking and GL reporting.
• Experience with Oracle payroll processing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of onshore and offshore resources within area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the delivery of payroll processes and meet or exceed SLAs.
• Research and respond to client/vendor escalations.
• Drive process changes and continuous improvement.
• Understand local payroll practices, regulations and reporting requirements.
• Train team members on new procedures and policies.
• Contribute to operational reporting and testing of tools and processes.
