Qualifications

• Experience with Smart Compliance and large multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, filings, audits and compliance.
• Experience with ADP Vantage preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll tax filings and compliance activities across multiple entities.
• Handle payroll tax audits, including state unemployment and agency inquiries.
• Review and resolve payroll tax cases and notices.
• Maintain payroll tax account registrations, IDs, and compliance records.
• Support acquisition-related payroll tax setup and entity integrations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
