Job summary

Trinity Industries, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Payroll Program Manager to lead complex payroll and timekeeping initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. You will partner with Finance Transformation, HR Systems, IT and Legal to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions.

You will own program charters, workplans, risk logs, testing, and training while driving stabilization, automation, and governance across UKG Workforce Pro, Oracle Cloud HCM, and related vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll operations, payroll tax, wage and hour rules.
• Experience leading large cross-functional payroll programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional payroll and timekeeping programs from planning through implementation.
• Develop program charters, workplans, milestones and risk logs.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, cutover, and post-implementation optimization.
• Drive automation, UKG stabilization efforts, and ERP system releases.
