Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst, Payroll to lead the Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro WFM configurations, ensuring accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance across payroll operations.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR to drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation, leveraging AI-enabled analytics and integrated reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/healthcare field or related experience.
• 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Payroll (Cloud/EBS).
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and integrations with HCM, time, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro WFM, configuring elements for accurate payroll processing.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Translate regulatory needs into system solutions to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop test plans and execute payroll parallel and regression testing for upgrades and changes.
