Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst for Payroll to lead Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro WFM implementations and enhancements.

You will partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR to translate needs into robust system solutions, improve processes, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations. Responsibilities include testing, reporting, and applying AI-driven analytics to optimize payroll accuracy, compliance, and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll (Cloud and/or EBS).
• Experience integrating payroll with time and attendance and GL systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax, wage-and-hour, and garnishments.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
• Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is strongly preferred; additional Oracle Cloud HCM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro WFM.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR to identify process improvements and automation.
• Translate regulatory needs into scalable system solutions.
• Develop test plans and execute payroll parallel/regression testing.
• Create and analyze payroll reports and dashboards with BI tools.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics to payroll auditing and balancing.
