Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst, Payroll to lead Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro WFM integration, testing, and support across payroll, HR, and finance functions.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, enable automation, and apply AI-enabled analytics to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, and reporting. On-site or remote; preference for onsite within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years implementing/configuring Oracle Payroll Cloud/EBS.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance and garnishments.
• Experience with time-and-attendance integrations and GL systems.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro WFM.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR to drive process improvements.
• Translate operational needs into system solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop test plans and perform payroll parallel and regression tests.
• Create complex payroll reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Ensure security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Support upgrades, patches, and year-end processing.
• Mentor junior team members and follow ITIL practices.
