Job summary

McKesson is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Production team in the United States. This role will manage assigned USON payroll populations, perform end-to-end processing, and ensure accuracy across frequencies using Workday and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and Workday is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned US payroll populations and frequencies.
• Perform end-to-end payroll activities including input, calculations, validation, and reconciliation.
• Utilize Workday EIBs and related tools to load, validate, and reconcile payroll data.
