Job summary

McKesson is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Production team in The Woodlands, TX. The role handles end-to-end USON payroll processing across frequencies, using Workday EIBs and related tools to ensure accurate, timely payrolls.

You will perform validations, reconciliations, and audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and EIBs.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned USON payroll populations across frequencies.
• Perform end-to-end payroll activities including input, calculations, validations, and reconciliations.
• Load, validate, and reconcile payroll data using Workday EIBs and tools.
• Analyze payroll results and resolve complex discrepancies.
• Execute payroll controls and perform time/attendance related reviews.
• Conduct payroll audits and maintain supporting documentation.
• Utilize Workday reports and EIBs to research issues and validate results.
• Manage payroll cases via ServiceNow and respond to inquiries.
