Standard Textile is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to own payroll processing for all US associates, including tax, benefits, and administering the payroll system in Workday. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll, resolve complex issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience owning all aspects of payroll processing.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
• Strong U.S. payroll tax and wage and hour knowledge.
• Excellent Excel skills, including V-lookup and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly for US associates in Workday.
• Resolve complex payroll problems requiring new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Manage third-party payroll vendors.
• Execute time and attendance processing.
• Improve payroll processes for efficiency, associate experience, and reporting.
• Process compensation adjustments, including tax changes, new hires, direct deposit changes, garnishments, and liens.
• Research and resolve payroll issues; communicate resolutions to associates and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for government agencies, tax authorities, insurance companies, and other units; maintain documentation.
• Keep process documentation up to date and protect confidentiality.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.
