Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator for a temporary, hybrid role based in Billerica, MA. You will coordinate biweekly payroll for ~2,100 US/Canada employees and maintain accurate payroll data across multiple systems, with strong emphasis on internal controls.

You will leverage UKG Pro, manage data imports, and respond to payroll inquiries. Collaboration with HR and Finance is essential to ensure timely, compliant payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years of payroll experience in a public company setting.
• Hands-on UKG Pro payroll systems experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in biweekly payroll processing for ~2,100 US/Canada employees.
• Process timecards and worksheets to meet defined deadlines.
• Monitor and import data from UKG Pro; perform manual updates as needed.
• Maintain payroll records with status changes, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and accruals.
• Create off-cycle manual payroll checks when required.
• Assist employees with UKG Pro access and payroll questions.
• Perform audits between systems for correct deductions and tax filings.
• Coordinate with UKG Tax Service for state/local filings.
• Maintain internal controls and confidentiality; collaborate with HR and Finance.
• Assist with payroll reporting and month-end accruals.
