You will process timecards, manage data imports, validate payroll records, and assist employees with payroll questions. This position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork with HR and Finance, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years payroll experience in a public company environment.
• Proven hands on work experience utilizing UKG Pro Payroll Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Payroll Team on the processing of bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for approx. 2,100 non-union US and Canada employees.
• Process timecards and worksheets to ensure accurate payroll based on deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records with updates in status changes, tax withholdings, and deductions.
• Create off cycle manual payroll checks as needed.
• Support employees with UKG Pro Payroll access and related questions.
• Audit data between systems to ensure accuracy in UKG Pro deductions and tax withholdings.
• Coordinate with UKG Tax Service for state/city/county filings.
