Job summary

One Call is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer payroll bi-weekly and weekly temp payroll with high accuracy. You will work with People Team members and the payroll vendor to ensure correct data, tax calculations, and timely paychecks.

The role requires proficiency with UltiPro/UKG and Kronos, advanced Excel users, and a commitment to confidentiality. This remote-first position offers flexible work arrangements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with UltiPro Payroll or UKG and Kronos timekeeping.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas.
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly temp payroll accurately.
• Maintain timekeeping and payroll data in systems; verify changes.
• Prepare payroll reports; coordinate with payroll vendor and auditors.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
