Job summary

One Call is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll and timekeeping systems with precision and confidentiality. You will collaborate with People Team and payroll peers to align with business needs and system configurations.

Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly and weekly payroll, maintaining timekeeping data, and supporting audits and year-end activities while communicating effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or 2–4 years experience.
• Proficient in UltiPro payroll and Kronos timekeeping; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly temp payroll accurately and confidentially.
• Maintain timekeeping data; ensure correct tax codes and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports; assist with audits and vendor interactions.
• Support month-end and year-end processes; answer employee payroll questions.
