Ideal candidates have 5+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with UKG or Workday, and strong Excel/analytical abilities to support audits and reporting while delivering timely, accurate compensation to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Experience with UKG or Workday.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states and locations
• Ensure accurate calculations of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions and taxes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness
• Manage payroll deductions, taxes, and garnishments
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports
• Support audits and year-end payroll activities
• Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
• Recommend improvements to payroll procedures and systems
