Expeditors in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support multi-state payroll processing and inquiries. You will assist with bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual payrolls, collaborate with the Sr.

Payroll Manager, and help maintain payroll documentation and processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, and the ability to manage confidential information while delivering excellent customer service to internal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with assisting and processing high-volume multi-state/multi-company payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of payroll processes, deductions, and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in multi-state payroll processing and check distribution.
• Support Sr. Payroll Manager with audits, documentation, and inquiries.
• Maintain payroll processing documentation and confidentiality.
• Process payroll reports and respond to payroll/garnishment inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure accuracy.
