Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System (HTGSS) is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to run end-to-end payroll for U.S. operations, including domestic payroll for hourly and salaried staff and expatriate payroll.

The role ensures accurate tax calculations, deductions, and benefit withholdings while maintaining balanced payroll accounts. The position requires 3+ years of payroll experience and knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws, with ADP experience and multi-state exposure highly

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll experience required.
• End-to-end payroll processing including gross-to-net calculations.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with expatriate payroll preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bi-weekly payroll for domestic employees and monthly payroll for international assignees.
• Audit earnings, deductions, and tax calculations in a payroll system.
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in payroll systems.
• Maintain deductions and rate tables; review timekeeping data for accuracy.
• Prepare year-end tax reporting and W-2 processing with ADP.
