Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of payroll experience required.
• End-to-end payroll processing including gross-to-net calculations.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
• Multistate payroll experience for 300+ employees preferred.
• ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPP/FPC preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.

• Manage bi-weekly payroll for domestic employees and monthly payroll for international assignees.
• Audit earnings, deductions, and tax calculations in the payroll system.
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in payroll systems.
• Maintain deductions and rate tables; review overtime.
• Support biometric timekeeping across all plants.
• Prepare tax documents and ensure accuracy of hours, benefits, and withholdings.
• Generate payroll reports and assist HR and Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, LOA, FLSA, and tax filings.
