Trilliant Food & Nutrition in Little Chute, WI is hiring a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll processing and compliance. This role partners with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and to support audits, garnishments, and benefit contributions.

You will directly supervise the Payroll Coordinator, manage timesheet approvals, and assist with year-end processing and related reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG/ADP) and payroll software.
• Strong Excel skills and payroll tax knowledge.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred; ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Payroll Coordinator, including performance coaching.
• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll; finalize payrolls and reports.
• Handle pre-payroll data validations, tax withholdings, and garnishments.
• Coordinate year-end processes, W-2s, and audits.
• Generate monthly/quarterly headcount and payroll-related reports.
