The role focuses on streamlining payroll systems, maintaining internal controls, and delivering accurate reporting across states in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of multi-state payroll administration and payroll tax expertise.
• Experience with payroll software and general Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll processing and maintains accurate records across states.
• Handles employee status changes, analyzes payroll expenses, and reconciles ledgers.
• Audits payroll data for accuracy and prepares month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reports.
