The role involves labor law alignment, tax/location validations, and coordination with Internal Audit, Legal, Immigration, and HRIS. This onsite contract role lasts ~6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of HR generalist/HR operations experience, or 2+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or SOX processes is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems (HRIS + ticketing tools).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR Helpdesk tickets and provide Tier 1 guidance.
• Triage cases and route to resolution or escalation.
• Maintain HRIS records and employee files for NA employees.
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding for North America, including I-9 verification.
• Coordinate data entry, payroll history, and HR system reconciliation.
• Support compliance, audit, and risk activities with cross-functional teams.
