• Full-cycle payroll processing across the organization and ensuring timely, accurate payments.
• Maintain payroll records and handle employee inquiries.
• Manage payroll taxes, deductions, and corrections in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Process correction checks and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
• Handle vacation/PTO management and check distribution to sites.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees on payroll matters.
