Job summary

BBSI is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Plano, TX to process 80-100 client payrolls with varied cycles and complexities, and to partner with clients to optimize payroll and HRIS processes. The role reports to the Payroll Service Manager and works with the business unit, branch and corporate teams.

Requirements include at least 5 years of payroll experience, strong client service, and the ability to improve processes. Travel within 50 miles for client visits and onsite training is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-client, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume on- and off-cycle payrolls for multiple client companies
• Onboard new clients to BBSI payroll, CRM (Salesforce), timekeeping and HRIS systems
• Provide client payroll trainings (virtual and on-site) and use of feature functionalities
• Understand client data including turnover, headcount, time & attendance, job costing, reporting requirements
