Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a dedicated payroll professional to join our client service team in the United States. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, timely delivery of payrolls, and proactive client communication across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, generating earnings and tax reports, and supporting implementations and client training on payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPP designation is a plus.
• Experience with ADP RUN and payroll implementations highly desired.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll data accuracy within client systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update records and calculate bonuses or severance; reconcile tax withholdings and deposits.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Support implementation teams and train clients on payroll processes as needed.
