Job Summary
Corient Services is seeking a highly-skilled and enthusiastic Payroll Analyst to independently manage our US payroll operations. In this role, you will cultivate excellent relationships with external payroll providers and internal HR Generalists & Stock Administrator. You will be responsible for processing and tracking data flow within our payroll system to ensure that all payroll deadlines are met with precision and timeliness. A solid understanding of payroll and stock-related matters, including taxation, compliance, benefits, and equity plans, is essential.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York or Miami offices, with a requirement to be in the office 4 days a week. Our working hours align with the Eastern time zone to facilitate collaboration.

Pay Information
This position is exempt. The pay range for this position is $97,500 - $128,000 USD per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
