Addison Group is seeking a skilled payroll professional to oversee full-cycle payroll for 300+ employees across multiple divisions in a multistate environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with the HR team to resolve issues in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with QuickBooks and Inova, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing multistate payroll for 300+ employees.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Inova payroll systems is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR and leadership.
