Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processor to oversee complex, multi-state payroll operations for approximately 2,800 employees. This role will manage approximately 30 payroll groups, including weekly and semi-monthly populations, with a workforce that is approximately 75% hourly and 25% salaried. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, has strong payroll tax compliance expertise, and is comfortable managing complex payroll structures, including union and multi-state populations. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional who wants to play an active role in a major payroll technology transformation. The organization currently uses ADP Workforce Now and plans to transition to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in Q2 2027. This role will have the opportunity to participate in implementation and transition activities related to the new system.
