Job summary

Integrity PSC is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll across multiple divisions in a fully remote role based in the Phoenix metro area. You will manage weekly to bi-weekly cycles, garnishments, state registrations, and SOPs while shaping our payroll processes as we migrate to a new ERP.

This role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with benefits, HR, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience with full cycle ownership.
• Experience handling wage garnishments with attorneys and agencies.
• Knowledge of union fringe benefits and fringe reporting.
• Experience registering a company in new states for payroll (SS, DOL, state accounts, TPAs).
• Expert QuickBooks skills; experience with Rippling or similar payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Own all payroll cycles across multiple company divisions and cycles.
• Manage garnishments and benefits, coordinating with attorneys and benefits team.
• Handle union fringe calculations and reporting across trades and agreements.
• Set up new state registrations, licenses, and tax accounts for payroll.
• Document payroll processes into clear SOPs and train teammates.
