Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst to own end-to-end payroll operations across multiple U.S. locations and remote arrangements.

You will administer Rippling, ensure accurate calculations and tax compliance, and coordinate with HR, IT, and finance to resolve issues while supporting a growing manufacturing workforce. The role emphasizes ensuring timely processing, year-end activities, and payroll reporting while maintaining internal controls and data integrity across diverse

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive payroll experience including end-to-end processing.
• At least two years in payroll leadership or process ownership.
• Experience with multi-state U.S. payroll and geographically dispersed workforce.
• Experience handling hourly and salaried employees and payroll tax compliance.
• Experience administering integrated payroll/HRIS/timekeeping systems (preferred Rippling).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for U.S.-based employees across locations and remote work.
• Administer Rippling payroll platform configurations and testing.
• Review payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefit withholdings.
• Manage payroll calendars, year-end activities, and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll for lifecycle events (hiring, transfers, leaves, terminations).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and external providers to resolve issues.
• Support access control and data security for payroll systems.
