Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment preferred.
• 3-5 years of Workday payroll processing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee off-cycle payrolls in Workday for bonuses and special payments.
• Analyze and approve payroll before release to the payroll service provider.
• Lead geographic expansion of payroll processing as the company grows.
• Manage Time-Off Policies in the payroll system and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain internal controls and payroll-related policies/procedures.
