Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations. You will oversee Workday Payroll, ensure compliance with federal/state/local tax rules, and coordinate with HR and Accounting.

The role supports hybrid work with three days per week at the Houston headquarters. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of multi-jurisdictional payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Workday payroll and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent with progressive payroll experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive multi-jurisdictional payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, benefits and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across jurisdictions.
• Manage off-cycle payrolls for bonuses and special payments.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance of payroll processing.
